Which shipping methods are available for free shipping?

We use USPS Priority as a free delivery option which usually delivers your order in 1 to 4 business days.

We also offer FedEx 2 days delivery and FedEx overnight, with additional cost.

How long does it take you to ship?

We always ship within 1 business day of receiving cleared payment.

    Are all the items on your web page in stock?

    Absolutely. In the unlikely event that an ordered item is not in stock we will contact you immediately and offer a refund or a free upgrade to a higher priced but similar item.

    Are your products 100% authentic?

    YES. We only sell new, original, authentic brand name products. All of our stock comes with original tags, paperwork, and boxes. We do not sell refurbished items, factory seconds, or replica products. Ever.

    You offer most of your items for 30% to 60% below retail price.  How can you sell your items at such a steep discount?

    We take pride in having both the best selection and the lowest prices. We achieve our discounts by buying in large quantities which provide us great discounts. We pass on those amazing discounts to our customers.

    What type of warranty do you offer on your watches?

    Since we do not sell products at the full retail price and disregard the manufacturer’s pricing guidelines, we cannot provide the manufacturer’s warranty. We stand behind our sales, however, and we will service every watch sold on our website up to 2 years from the date of purchase, and frankly, our service is better than the manufacturer’s.

    Our warranty is straightforward: We cover any internal damage, mechanical or manufacturing defects – however, we don’t cover external damage or damages that result from wear or improper use.

    Please remember that no wristwatch is 100% waterproof, and it’s never a good idea to take a watch with a leather band for a swim! If you use your watch within the water resistance limits specified by the manufacturer, you will be able to enjoy it for many years.


    I want to return my order. What do I do?

    If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return your item for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Returned items must not be worn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging. Please see returns terms below.

    If the return is caused by our fault – we will also refund the delivery cost.

    When returning an item, please follow the these steps:

    1. Contact us to get return authorization.
    2. Ship the item back to our warehouse, using a tracking number. The return address is printed on the packing slips.
    3. Keep in mind it can take up to 5-7 business days for your item to reach our warehouse.
    4. Refund / Replacement will be sent the next business day of receiving the item back.
    5. Refund will be made by the same way the payment was accepted: PayPal payments will be refunded to buyer`s PayPal account, Credit card payments will be refunded the buyer`s bank account.

    Return terms

    All purchases, accessories and packing materials must be in new condition to avoid refusal of the returned merchandise or restocking fees.

    All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original packaging, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and accessories

    Do you cover the returned delivery charges?

    Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

    However, if the return is caused by our fault – we will also refund the delivery cost.

    How long before I receive credit for the return?

    Refund / Replacement will be sent the next business day of receiving the item back. Once we receive and inspect the item, assuming there are no problems, we will issue you a full refund immediately.
